Highly recommend. The hotel was clean, modern and rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks of an evening were relaxed and on the Friday and Saturday there were singers on. The swimming pool and spa facilities were lovely. More water fountains needed! Breakfast was tasty and good quality, however on the Saturday morning we had to wait about 20 minutes for eggs! The younger members of staff were not the best at responding to requests unless more senior members of staff were around. Aside from this we loved our stay.

We checked in late & it wasn’t a problem. Room was lovely & spacious & in the morning when we checked out to go the airport it seems like a well used place in the community with gym goers & golfers - lovely atmosphere.

Very clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 night and used the golf, gym and spa facilities. All were clean and tidy and accessible. Only a couple of small faults, some of the staff were not the friendliest and on the instruction we were given upon arriving in the room. It stated we could order room service after 10pm but then called for it and was told it was finished. Maybe be a little clearer in the instructions as to what room service you can offer after this time. Food was good, nice selection for breakfast both mornings.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff friendly but when paying customers can’t get their breakfast due to the hotel allowing walkins and not catering for the pre booked was a let down. The staff had no idea how to manage a kitchen or restaurant and allowing it to continue. The chef was the laziest I’d seen in a while as the evening meal took way too long for a simple meal and nobody in the seating area. If you sort the kitchen and management you have it nailed. Can’t fault another part of the stay

Our room was not coeaned properly. There was a pair of ladies pants on floor by bedside cabinet. Hair clips on floor and tbere was little toilet paper and no spare.
