I really wanted to like this hotel, but several issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The check-in process was confusing. The app required a deposit but wouldn’t process it properly, showing incorrect information. When I arrived, the experience at the desk didn’t match what the app displayed, which created unnecessary frustration. The building is huge, and getting to the room is a long walk. Not all elevators return to the main lobby, so you need to remember your exact route or you’ll end up wandering. The room was clean and modern, but it felt very empty — more like a big white box than a warm, inviting space. The biggest issue was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable, and only during checkout did I realize the mattress had been placed upside down. Surprising that this wasn’t noticed. The app also doesn’t allow you to contact the front desk, so any issue requires a trip back downstairs. One of the TVs didn’t connect properly and kept freezing, making it unusable. The eButler lockers seem like a great idea, but since outside food can’t be brought up, they don’t add much value. The on-site store was also only partially stocked. Staff were polite, but overall the hotel feels unfinished and not ready for a smooth, modern guest experience. There is potential, but many basics need improvement before I’d stay again.

All the reviews about the hotel rooms being spacious, clean, and comfortable are true. However, our stay was very disappointing due to the poor service and lack of basic amenities. First, there wasn’t enough shower gel and conditioner for all guests (3 adults and 2 kids). We requested refills twice on our second day, but even by the third day, they still had not been refilled. Another issue was that the only knife provided in the kitchen was extremely dull, making it impossible to cut anything. When we asked if they had a sharper knife available, they informed us that they were unable to provide one for safety reasons.

I did not have a good experience with this property. It is advertised as an AI advanced hotel, however, most days our phone key did not work through the app which caused us to have to go to the front desk to be let in or shut down the app multiple times to restart it. I read previous reviews that the beds were hard, but I didn't mind the firm mattress, but the sheets felt like sandpaper. We ended up buying sheets in order to stay there for the time during our home renovation. We were told put on a room on the first floor right next to the pool and loud speakers. We were told that the music goes off every night between 10 and 10:30 PM, however, on many nights it played until the wee hours of the morning during the week, making it hard to sleep and difficult to get up the next day and work. Speaking of work, there is no space to actually put a laptop. There is a kitchen table and a coffee table in the living room, but no desk and no dresser. We lived out of our suitcases on the floor for over two weeks. There is one closet that was clearly designed by a man. Only short racks and minimal shelving. The bathroom shower has a weird curved glass that literally soaks the floor whenever you shower and leaves half of your body feeling cold. There are also no benches or handles in the shower, so shaving my legs was a circus. There were weird noises coming from the locked closet next to the kitchen, which we later found out was the hot water heater going on and off.

It was a perfect little staycation spot! The apartment style rooms were nice, so me and my boyfriend were able to make meals and stay in! The amenities of the hotel were nice, just wish there were washer/dryer amenities onsite! Otherwise a very pleasant stay! Definitely will be coming back!
