I walked in at 3:29pm to check in, the lady said they were doing a shift change and asked me to wait. Sure no problem, she then said the closer it got to 4pm that they wouldn't have to charge me for early check-in. So I had a seat and waited, getting a little bit irritated because it's after 4pm now! After the lady the desk gets off the phone, I ask is someone going to get me checked in or what!! She says she didn't know i was waiting... I tried to keep my temper in check but it was extremely difficult! I'll leave it at that, first impressions are everything! Not good!

The room was clean and the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the section that had not been fully renovated. The room was clean and upgraded, but the a/c was very noisy and did not maintain a consistent temp. Also, not in the greatest part of town.

This was a great place to say and I recommend it highly. My only complaint was me and my sister were sitting outside on the bench one day and the workers who were part of the hotel renovations was taking a break and decided to start \smoking weed right in front of us. This was very unprofessional and inappropriate to do in front of guest and while they were working. They did not care that we were sitting there. Other than that, this is a great place to stay and the staff and service was great.

The staff was amazing ! But the room and wasn’t great . I’ve stayed her in the past this will be there 3rd time they have me a key card to a room that wasn’t clean . Then when I finally got a “ cleaned “ room there was hair, the floor had stuff on it . This wasn’t a great.
