Welcome to The Cottonwood House! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This home is walking distance to the restaurants, bars, and shopping on main street McCulloch and less than a 10 minute drive to the launch ramp at site six and London bridge. RV parking and hookups along side of home and open concept living area! Home has a game room with pool table and bar, as well as a barbecue out back to grill by the heatable pool (upon request only).

Great stay in Havasu

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and we had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor pool and outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.The host was very responsive and was great at accommodating our requests. I would definitely rent this property and rent from this owner again :)

No bad days in Havasu

Was a total pleasure to be there. Kaylin was a wonderful host and the home exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend, and cant wait for our next visit!
