Property is older and it shows in some spots including the rooms but we were comfortable. Rooms on the parking lot side were very noisy with cars, people, and car alarms/locking beeps until at least 1am, we had to sleep with a loud white noise app downloaded on my phone just for this purpose. The grounds and surrounding area were adorable and decorated for Christmas, the entire area and waterfront were walkable- we loved this part! The pools were nice too!

The noise from the private party's held at the hotel went well into the night, techno and rap music, hard to try and sleep through. Also the restaurant Kokomo on the property has been rented for private party's both times we have stayed here. So that limits you to the Martini bar on property for food. So save yourself some money and don’t book overlooking the bridge. Instead get out of your room and enjoy the area then come back and actually get aome sleep in your room facing the parking lot!!

Fantastic view of the London Bridge. The rooms were clean. Front desk were friendly and understanding, it was raining all day. They notified us when our kids could go swimming again. There is a club in the hotel and we were informed of the loud noises that can occur till 2am. However it was quiet after 11pm so no problems.
