My sister and her family didnt get a decaf coffee in her room, and the chairs are not that good in my room, needed new chairs. The rest of the amenities, staff, and cleanliness were good.

Didn’t have a pet friendly room available even though I had it booked. The room I was put in was under construction with no tv, no hot water, and half a sink. I no was exhausted after driving 700 miles and just stayed there. No discounts were offered for all the inconveniences.
