"The rooms are not being cleaned well. There was so many gross things about both rooms we were in. Especially the night stand in between the bed, the desk top and the back splash had toothpaste spots and actually toothpaste. Eventually after being moved it was taken care of by the housekeeping supervisor who was very nice. They did move us from the first room which was pretty bad. The rooms were updated 2 years ago but still need some work. Its not worth the higher prices compared to other rooms. I wont stay there again. But I love the outdoor amphitheater. We were there for Kane Brown and that was amazing. There is not a bad seat at all. You are so close to the stage in the majority of the seats unless its the very very back. The sides are amazing too. We wanted to eat at the Lounge steak house but couldnt get reservations either day we were there. And the signs say prime rib special price on Wednesdays and Thursdays all over the property but the front desk told us it was Wednesday only. We were there Thursday and Friday. There is a nice area to sit outside on the back side to see the river. We had a nice view of the river and all of Laughlin from our room. We were in North Tower. Room 506 was the gross room. Then were were moved up to the 17th floor. Even getting off of the elevator it smelled way better up there. The shower is nice and big and shampoo, body wash and conditioner are now provided big pump bottles and that was nice as well. "

"Bed was clean and semi-comfortable. Bathroom is so outdated and run down. Still trying to figure out what is"new"about the place that they added it to the name. Cheap for the week days but you do get what you pay for as the saying goes."

"Carpet in the room heavily stained. Wouldn’t walk on it unless my shoes were on. Areas on the floor between the bed and nightstand were gross with crumbs. Had a good dinner at the restaurant though. Location is beautiful, pool is nice but you can’t bring anything in not even water. Smoke in the casino was unbearable. I won’t be returning and I don’t think I would recommend it to anyone I liked."
