No pillow cases on arrival and the bathtub water leaked the whole time. Arcadia door to balcony wouldn't move and was stuck 2 inches open.

Everyone felt unsafe and we left. We told the front desk clerk Kristen that we expect a FULL refund and we are reporting this to Expedia and all Social Media. She said she understood and we weren't the only people complaining. 2 of our rooms had to be switched out and there were several others at the front desk complaining who had to switch rooms multiple times as well and were disgruntled. She said she would tell the manager. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges!!!

Advertised Pictures not like our room. Smelled like a gym , musty. Cheap and tacky decor. No extras. Jacuzzi heater broken. Front reception with no customer service etiquette. Broken and ripped desk chair was left on patio outside. No lighting at all over desk in room. A nightstand lamp in room with sticker label not fully removed. Hair dryer hanging on towel rack with terribly hacked patched wall above (probably where hairdryer used to hang). Toilet paper holder broken. No maintenance or quality control. Never again!!!

This hotel should be an embarrassment to Motel 6 Corporate. Unless they just don't care, this property should never have been granted a franchise. The room we had (234) should not have been in service. Besides the room being substandard, the infrastructure was lacking and the hot water was rarely hot. The good? The staff was the only good thing about this place. BTW, when driving in you are greeted with two large/tall dead palm trees.

This place is totally run down! They should shut down for a while and do some maintenance! It smelled like feet throughout the whole hotel. There was some sort of white smear on the floor and the nightstand. The TV was the size of a laptop. There were tweakers in the parking lot and a bunch of old trailers. I could go on and on but I won't. Pictures say a thousand words and I have plenty!

False advertisement from the pictures online. Was told i got a recently updated room but it must’ve been done by the homeless man on the corner. I booked 2- room for myself and siblings. We all felt the rooms were filthy, sheets were old and stained, mattresses were worn out & sagging, carpets were ripped and had dirt stains, painting was peeling off walls, screen doors were ripped and the placed smelled old and musty. We did not stay and requested a refund immediately. The front desk person was kind and helpful but could not resolve anything, as she indicated the manager would have to approve a refund. Although I paid the hotel directly they would not refund me and referred me to the website of 3rd party, (Hotel.com/Expedia) whom I made reservation with. I feel like this is a scam and have gotten the run around. I would never recommend staying here!
