The Front Desk agent was pretty terrible actually. Didn’t get his name, but he was very grumpy. Check me into a room that smelled really bad. I asked for a room change and he said that he needed to do inspect the room and he came back and said it doesn’t smell, kind of arguing. All I wanted was a room that didn’t smell. Not the best hospitality or customer service destination.

It was very hard to understand the front desk gentleman. He was behind a plexiglass wall and had a heavy accent. The pool was not open but when we looked at it it was full of garbage. It was way over priced.
