"THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND ITS NOT PET FRIENDLY PLEASE BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY $$ MANAGER DAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF . We booked Weeks in advance , we even called in to make sure about the pet policy as they say up to 40lbs is ok. They never specify what type of animal / breed is or not allowed.
So the day gets here , we drive for hours ! We’re so happy to go it’s sad. We get to the hotel, so the check in , PAY IN FULL $2k they give us the keys etc. I filled out all the forms so they knew about the pet. Once we get to the room some lady who’s name I wish I had , calls me and says we have to leave cause of my pet. Mind you , it’s not a Rottweiler nor a pit bull. It’s a kitten. She was so mean to me I burst into tears when she asked us to leave the hotel . Of course they didn’t care , customer service isn’t their thing , just try and call to get a reservations specialist . It wasn’t so much what she was saying but how she said it that made the situation escalate into a disaster. They made us pay even gave us a key , and now asked us to leave on a Friday night Labor Day weekend ! We proceeded to go back to the lobby to demand our full refund at least , humiliated and devastated knowing we’d have to drive hours to get to Miami cause who’s going to find a hotel last minute stranded in the Florida keys on Labor Day weekend. Do you think they cared !! Dan who claimed to be the manager literally yelled at us to get out . No refund"
