"There was a huge tree in our view and couldnt see the ocean. the pool was clear but slimy which made it to where we could not use it, same with the hot tub. The pictures that are shown online are not what you get when getting there. Its very run down. The elevator does not work and nothing is on the 1 st floor so carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs was fun. Breakfast wasn't out until almost 8 am. Staff was barely there and when they were seemed as though we were bothing them when asking for anything. i would NEVER recommend this hotel."

"Great place! Very organized and perfect for four adults. The beach was area was ok but no soft sand like in main Florida but that's not any fault of the owner. The balcony was small only room for two people. Very easy check in and great communication with the owner. There was a pool right by our place but we didn't have time to use. Will be back for sure. "

"Hosts were fantastic, always checked to make sure things were going well since we were there for so long. They responded promptly when we had any questions. Sunrise views every morning were phenomenal! Only reason I did not give it 5 had nothing to do with our hosts, it was for the size of the complex, the pool and beach were always very busy. It could be hit or miss if you got a chair on the pool deck, beach was much better and the cabanas were great."
