Broken fridge and given a room with an electronic lock that didn’t work, so maintenance had to fix. You would think they would check the batteries regularly to make sure a guest is able to access their rooms?

Great Resort - Just fell a little short

We really enjoyed our stay here. However, we were a little disappointed in a few things that it didn't quite meet our expectations. The partial ocean view was barely ocean view. The bungalow had the tiniest bathroom with a basin sink and no counterspace at all. The A/C was blowing directly on the bed. There were ants infesting the lunch shack on the beach. Only one of the pools had lounge chairs. Just a lot of little things were off but they add up. The highlight was the staff. They were all amazing and couldn't be nicer. Location is superb.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort! The staff was friendly and accommodating, when they heard it was our daughter's birthday trip they put together a little gift bag for her and it just made her day. The rooms, restaurants, and pools are very clean and the property itself is very well maintained and clean. The only thing I would have to say that could be improved on is the quality of the Internet for the rooms, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. We plan on booking another stay very soon!

Loved the landscape! Pool area was excellent, beds super comfortable! The only downside was mosquitoes were really bad when we went so being repellent just in case. Can’t wait to go back again!
