The facilities were dirty, including the pool and the gym, and the jacuzzi was broken. When we asked for a wine opener, we were told that none were available. The hair dryer was broken, the fridge was old and malfunctioning, and the pool towels were worn out and had holes. We initially booked for three days but decided to leave after two days because we didn't feel safe at the hotel. Despite this, we were not given a refund for the third night. When we checked out yesterday, we were charged $200 for allegedly dirty towels and bed sheets, even though they were old and had holes. We requested to speak with the manager, but after waiting for an hour, we were told that she was in a meeting and unavailable. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. --- Let me know if you need any further information. I would like Expedia to refund the extra night and the money the hotel debited from my credit card"
