El hotel ofrece una buena primera impresión, con una ubicación conveniente y una sensación general de seguridad. El check-in fue ágil y el servicio adecuado. La habitación se encontraba limpia a un nivel básico, correcta para una estadía corta, aunque el mobiliario y algunos detalles se perciben desactualizados, lo que resta sensación de limpieza profunda. La ubicación, con acceso cercano al mall, es uno de los principales puntos positivos del hotel. El desayuno fue bueno, aunque con una selección limitada de proteínas.

Not only is the hotel immaculate it has a mall connected. But the BEST was the staff. If I had a million I would’ve split it with the staff. I came there sick off the plane ride and they took GREAT care of me. They called the medics they gave me a shot for nausea and I was GREAT the next day. Everyday afterwards they would ask how I’m doing. The Hotel covered the medical cost and I had to beg them to accept my tip. Definitely the place to stay. Oh and security on 💯👍

We love staying at Hotel Spiwak Chipichape Cali and have been coming back over the last 10 years. We love being beside Chipichape mall and always feel very safe. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is varied and yummy and staff is very friendly and attentive.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and it is highly recommended. I’m not giving it five stars because the breakfast is not very varied, and if you order eggs cooked to your liking, it takes a long time. I waited 30 minutes for an omelet. On the last day, I observed the chef and noticed that he seemed a bit annoyed every time someone approached to ask if their order was ready. He should have an assistant so that it doesn’t take so long.

The hotel is nice, good environment and courtesy personnel. This is my second stayed at the hotel but this time for some reason they were short in towels. The cleaning personnel because they removed all the old towels and were in the process to provide new ones, something that I never see. Probably i will be lucky next time.

Great looking room. Top quality lay out and most important high quality beds. However, the hotel staff not adequate for the needs of the guests. Upon walk in there were exploded soda bottles in fridge. Called staff, never showed up. Need it extra pillow, first request ignored, 2 hours later subsequent calls were needed. Not what was expected from this level of accommodations. The breakfast experience was just ok. Staff does not adequately stock items as they run out. Multiple guests complaining on the long delays at the omelet station. My over all and honest opinion. This hotel has a great reputation for luxury. It doesn't fall short. The entry way is great, self serve coffee and water station past check in is a very inviting atmosphere. Upon entry into the room, you are greeted with ample space and comfort. Very nice looking hotel. If you are looking for luxurious accommodation and customer service does not rank high on your expectations this hotel is a great place. However, if you like to be treated like a guest, in a place where your needs seem to come first and where customer service really matters; then there are much better local options at a fraction of the cost. It really is a shame and a disappointment. I have spent 55 days in Cali in several trips this year alone between August and December and the decision to add the Spiwak experience to our trip was not only regretful bust costly mistake. Hope our experiences help you future travelers.
