"Rooms, staff were acceptable. The bistro left a lot to be desired. Their kitchen was very unorganized! Waited forever for a simple breakfast, and still came out wrong!!"

"I have been staying here once or twice a year for the past 10 years. Since Hilton is no longer its owner the The hotel has taken a significant drop in quality. I have only stayed here three times since it was dropped by Hilton. Of those three times this has been the worst. Our card key for our stay stopped working for our room and the elevator, other guests had similar issues. We had to had to go to the front desk multiple times. Additionally, when we started the shower the water was dirty as if no one has been in the room for over a week. Needless to say, this will probably be the last time I stay there. It is no longer worth the high price tag you have to pay to stay near the harbor"

"The staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. Lobby and whole building were unique and very cool inside, though lobby furniture was a little tired, some stains. The location, outside the building, was a little challenging in that there were quite a few unhoused or challenged folks on the street most of the time. That said, hotel was right next to the Lexington Market which we really enjoyed."
