"Very nice apartment hotel to stay in while in Edinburgh. Close to bus stations and easy enough to walk to places too. Very clean and comfy."

"The room itself was comfy. Bed was comfortable and bedding great! A few cobwebs and we noticed a couple of spiders as checking out. The bathroom was not great. The toilet roll holder was broken, so trying to get any toilet paper meant that it fell off. The towels were ripping as we used them, and the shower hose was covered in grime and grease. The water pressure in the shower was also very low, and quite hard to change the temperature of the shower. Overall, it is fine if you need a cheap one night stay, but it would be better to find something else."

"Definitely could’ve been cleaner, the bed was sloppily made and there was trash from the previous person left in our cubicle. The floors and the cubicle could noticeably use a vacuuming. That aside, the staff were wonderful and the building was quite nice. The location is good too."

"Staff at reception excellent. Had a window free room, very compact and warm, but ok for one night. Very handy for train station right across road ."
