Great hotel for staying in Edinburgh. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great - the restaurant for dinner though, well I’m willing to accept that not everything can be 100%. Parking is charged accordingly and was on location. Overall a great stay!

Not the best hotel we have stayed in, Would not say this was an EXECUTIVE ROOM! Room was ok. Toilet light not working. Maintenance had to kill all the power to fix this. Hairs in the bath, No remote control for the tv, pictures very dusty, Breakfast wasn’t good. Bacon was fried to a crisp. Sausages looked like they weren’t cooked. Eggs were rubber. Not a good anniversary break! WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Aircon wasnt very useful in the room as barely worked. Room was clean enough. Shower barely worked in the morning as there wasnt much power in the stream. Staff were talking about guests asking about early check in and making comments about it, when i was at the front desk i was asking about early check in which i felt was inappropriate.
