Super welcome from the reception desk and a wonderfully clean and well appointed room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. My room had very noisy ventilation which couldn't be turned off.

Overall I am happy with our stay, room was clean and comfortable for the two of us had everything what we needed. Breakfast was very good,freshly baked bread delicious. Small loby there was not enough space to sit and relax or to have a drink especially in the evening.

We had 2 tours booked. Our second tour was staying here two nights so we added a night. They let us keep our initial room. It was premium room. Great shower. Yummy breakfast (Sunday was very busy & staff had rough time keeping up, plates, food etc. They got it out, needed patience). But Monday & Tuesday were smooth! Very nice staff!!

Its a good hotel because the staff make it so. Thanks to everyone at the breakfast staff and reception for their warm welcome. The breakfast staff are helpful and accomodating. A couple of issues because the fridge / mini bar is barely keeping things cold. The duvet cover was smaller than the duvet which is not nice at all. The housekeeping didn't hoover once during our three night stay. I would say its a 3 star at best.
