"The location at the airport was why we had chosen that property. We switched from a better property who per night amount was cheaper who also said our accomodations could be met. The location was far from Old National Highway where you could find a variety of fast food restaurants. The room didn't have a microwave, the refrigerator wouldn't get cold, the walls need to be painted it looked as if there was nasel containments on the walls, , the carpet is old and there was no cook to order breakfast. The was grits and eggs was ok the meat selections dryed out and horrible. The microwave doesn't heat like normal. We were attending a funeral I called to request a early check-in they said it'll be $25 which was fine when my sister flew in she was told that wasn't possible. We requested a late check out again I was told ok it wasn't true. On the way to our room we got propersition which terrified us. Thank God she travels with door alarms. We were expecting more from a Hilton property."
