I had one of the most horrible experiences at this motel. Not only did I book a room there, but when I came to retrieve my key, the front desk person didn’t show up until four hours later. I arrived at 9:50 PM. They left a note up saying that they were gone and would be back in 15 minutes, but I didn’t get my keys until around 1 o'clock. They never apologized for anything. They were just very arrogant and rude about the whole situation, as if I needed them. After that, I extended my room for just one more day because I'm new in the city and didn't know where I could find another hotel at an affordable price. So, I tried to just stick it out, stay in the streets all day, and just come back when I was ready to go to sleep., But boy did that change, because when I came back to the room after being out all night, my reservation for the extension had been canceled. When I went to the front desk to inform them that my key wasn’t working to open my door, they didn’t tell me that they had canceled my reservation for extending my room. Instead, they sent me through a runaround, and I didn’t find out until later. I found out from Expedia that DayInn canceled my room for no reason. So, yes, I did contact Expedia about this whole situation, and they were able to put me in a whole new room without a problem. I'm really amazed at how good Expedia's customer service is, because they even realized that the people at the front desk were rude. I will never come back to this DaysInn ever!!!

Nicotine dripping off the walls and reeked of smoke. Got offered three total rooms to look at after we asked and all of them reeked and were sticky and in horribly dirty condition. Did not feel safe or clean

The front desk was very nice so no fault there. We had room 1126. It was a dump. The floor was filthy - we needed a wet washcloth to clean our just-showered feet before we put them in the bed. The sheets were mildewed on one bed, which also had no blanket. The bathroom floor was filthy and grout was missing. It reeked of smoke even though it was a no-smoking room so now all my clothes stink. The spigot on the tub almost fell completely out of the wall when I tried to activate the shower. Plus the airport shuttle wasn't operating during typical check-in times. But hey, it had hot water.

The breakfast consisted of eggo waffles and toast. I was disappointed. The airplanes flew by at close range every 5 minutes i couldnt sleep. The rooms smelt like smoke. Will not be booking again.

Trip was ok. Its in the flight path so you will hear the panes. Just a basic room nothing fancy. Free breakfast was only toast and toaster waffles thats it.

Good stay,

You get what you pay for so with that said, it’s great. There was some domestic violence outside but me and my fiancée felt it was par for the course. The place had a microwave and a fridge for $65, so what’s to complain about. The room key worked and the there were no bed bugs. The WiFi and tv worked, but the lighting sucked. I enjoyed the stay fine.

The hotel is very rundown. There is nothing Wyndham about this place. A lot of the rooms are rented out to section 8 people. The few rooms that are left are dirty with stains on the curtains and an extremely dirty floor.. There is no carpet, it is all hardwood and it’s very dirty. Almost no parking in the front. The good thing is that the bathrooms are cleaned well.
