I am compelled to share my recent experience at the The Westin Atlanta Airport. During my stay on Valentine's weekend, I encountered an issue that necessitated my feedback. Upon arrival at midnight, I retired to my room around 4:00 AM. Initially, I spotted what I thought was a ladybug, but it turned out to be a beetle. As I prepared for bed, I noticed additional bugs on the floor, bed, and curtains. I promptly informed the front desk, and they apologized, relocating me to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room also had bugs on the headboard, prompting me to request another change. The staff apologized again and provided a third room after inspecting it for pests. However, upon unfolding the couch, I discovered a significant infestation of bugs underneath, as well as on the floor, curtains, and in the bathroom. Given the persistence of the issue across three rooms, I decided to vacate the premises. The manager requested that I document my complaint for corporate review, assuring me that someone would follow up. Regrettably, I have yet to hear from them. If I could give zero Stars I would
