Customer service is poor, they put a guest out of there room because there own staff member assigned the guest to a room that was already booked instead of assigning the guest another room. Terrible!!!!

I had an overnight in Atlanta and my flight arrived in the morning. I had to pay $75 to check in early and $30 to park there. This was not a great Embasdy Suites and I'll never stay here again.

The room of 342 was nasty sink wasn't clean properly someone vomit in it had vomit stains in it, the toilet was stopped up all night had to get another room... was transferred to room 352 that was better stayed the whole time there since late Saturday morning until checkout time

Breakfast was horrible for an embassy. No omelet egg person. No utensils to eat with. Poor kitchen staff. Bar food service was slow during happy hour. No one worked on Dec 27 for hotel capacity it was packed. Football team was staying there. Place was clean but service wasn’t good.

They advertise room service, but when I tried to order I was told that they don’t really offer it. You need to go down to the restaurant, place your order, wait around, then bring it up yourself. Disappointing after traveling non-stop for 12 hours and just wanting to collapse in my room.

The lack of attention to the room we stayed in was so disappointing. I’ve stayed at many Embassy suites and never had these types of issues. The bath tub was clogged, the phone did not work to the room so we couldn’t call the front desk for service. There’s a chair in the room that is broken ! I was so disappointed, The deposit was higher than all of the Embassy suites I stayed at. When trying to course correct the clog in our bathtub the front desk accused me of clogging the bathtub myself when I had only gotten there late night the night before. Poor guest service at front desk. However, the kitchen staffing was amazing and turned around our stay for us. There’s a genuine help there especially from Stephanie. Dorothy great job to the team in the kitchen. They really know how to do southern hospitality.

It was nice to deal with professional and knowledgeable front desk staff. Room was nice and big. The breakfast was unreal, omelette station made one of the best omelette I ever had.

I could not sleep on the pull out bed due to the nasty worn out springs exposed filthy mattress along with bed bugs all over my clothes. The room itself was not very clean. Extremely disappointed, the breakfast not very well equipped, some juices worked some sprayed liquid sideways all over the place the utensils were lacking.

The Front desk staff wasn’t very hospitable at all, I would highly recommend training. The rooms were older compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was really great and parking was easy. I would not return to this property given the lack of warmth from the front desk.
