The room was a bit smelly, i think it may have been a old smoking room. The staff was helpful. the Shuttle failed, each time it was our turn to get on, we were 7 the shuttle was full, we ended up using a taxi from the airport and Uber from the hotel to the airport

The room was clean, the carpet is dated and could use a good steam cleaning. The beds were comfortable. I loved the dove products ( bath wash, shampoo, conditioner etc). The bathroom is extremely small ( bath & shower combo) + toilet. the sink is located outside of the bathroom in the living area of the room. It was also unfortunate that a guest burnt something while heating it up in the microwave and the entire 3rd floor was filled with smoke and the fire department had to come. The rest of the night, it was hard to breathe due to the smoke. This was NO fault of the hotel.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. We were very pleased. The evening clerk (female) was on the short, rude side. She may have been having a bad day though.
