The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. in terms of breakfast, they only did store muffins and a coffee machine so I wouldn't really call that breakfast. However, the room was very clean. Everything was organized and they the staff were really quick with our reservations.
