"The rooms were clean, but you can tell that they are aged and need some updating and have had some storm damage that has not been completely restored. Upon checkin staff was not the best as they were way behind in checkins, check in was at 4o'clock and we didn't get in till 7:30Ish p m and she made it very clear that it is not guaranteed. At four o'clock, even at seven thirty ish, she was very clear to that point. Apparently the cleaning staff, it's way behind, or they are short staffed in that area. Housekeeping, on the other hand that was assigned to our room was amazing. I left her a $50 tip. Because she always had fresh towels for us. Every day in our rooms, I never even had to ask for anything. The pool was always very clean. The bar restaurants was a great amenity and very handy. The view of the beach is wonderful. It didn't matter if you were on the basement floor level or open the tower. It was gorgeous. The beaches were clean and the beach staff was amazing and always on time with the chairs and umbrellas every morning. Would I stay here again absolutely? I just want to make sure that I leave myself plenty of time to check-in. As that seemed to be the most inconvenient thing of all.And this was for everyone that was checking in on that day."
