"Very clean and wonderful decor. Staff are very helpful. Only note is the suite we were in the bathroom was a little weird. There was a giant glass window between the bedroom and bathroom but there was a blind for privacy so thats fine. However, the bathroom door was fully glass with no blind and no lock, so there wasnt really any privacy. Bit weird to put a blind over the window and ignore the giant glass door. Still a beautiful property though."

"this hotel was extremely convenient from Kyoto station. they have compliment laundry if you needed to use it. They also have a gym which was a pleasant surprise. We found out on our last night here they have complimentary massage chairs you can use which was great especially since we had done so much walking around town. Room size was great ( we had travelled from Tokyo where the rooms were much smaller so it was nice to have more space). Would recommend. clean and very convenient location"

"Stayed here for 2 nights in late Sept ..The hotel is right across the street from Kyoto Station making it an extremely convenient option for access to the Shinkansen and is within walking distance of the Kyoto Railway Museum which is worth a visit along with all the Temples..We stayed in a king room that had been recently remodeled and it was great it was exceptionally clean had a large tv and the wifi was the fastest of any hotel we have ever stayed at 200+ mbps..also there is a huge mall next door with an amazing grocery store and a good food court..The 205 kyoto loop bus stops at Kyoto station and within a few minutes walk of Kinkauji Temple and many other fun stops and it only cost 230 yen per ride..when we return to Kyoto we will be staying at the Miyako "
