The room was nice and comfortable. We were able to open the window a bit since we sleep in the cold! The breakfast was wonderful as well as the ice cream and happy hour. It’s in the center of everything! They also have an array of free amenities you can use!

Extremely kind staff at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast is a major to do, staffed well, stocked well with Japanese and Western eats. Sooooo good! Coin operated laundey is convenient (doesn’t dry well, though). Rooms are well appointed and spacious. What is not to love? Oh, no gym, but why? The area is great for walking and running.

I arrived early by train and was allowed early check in and was upgraded! There are free sweets in the afternoon and free sake and beer in the evening. Breakfast buffet was the best I've experienced in my 3 week trip in Japan. Enjoyed the free movies and my large modern comfortable room and excellent location near the station.
