The hotel was ok, just dont stay on the second floor since you will feel like you are sleeping in a kitchen, a frying fish smell was not pleasant. They changed me to a higher floor, and it was inconvenient to pack and unpack. Staff was really helpful and nice Breakfast was not worth it. They did not even have expresso machine. Microwave in the common area was old and you need like 5 minutes to heat simething but other than that all was good

I LOVED this hotel so much. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were so kind and welcoming. They made sure to greet me every time I walked through the lobby. They provided amazing amenities and the room was lovely. The overall vibe of the hotel was chic and modern. This was a bit more on the quiet side of town which was totally fine with me as there were plenty of dining options steps away from the front door!

Convenient, quiet, and clean for family of four with adjoining room 2 minutes walking distance to Kyoto Station, Don Quixote, lots of restaurants, and shops. Compact but adequate space to fit 2 full size suitcases, 2 carryons, backpacks, and more. Bathrooms are tiny but you get used to it in Japan. No complaints. Would return!
