Modern & clean building, helpful and friendly staff. The best location. Central to everything. Have to pay 1000 yen for the pool, spa, & sauna but worth every penny. Would have stayed longer in this hotel if I knew how great this place was.

Great place to visit

You want convenience then this is the hotel for you! Right in the heart of the rail system for easy access to all of Kyoto. Very comfortable rooms and great service.

The staff was very courteous upon arrival. Taking out bags while we ventured to explore and when we returned after check in time, the bags were already in our room. The buffet breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The bed and room were very comfortable.

Well located above the main train station in Tokyo. But also quiet with a relaxing feel. The place was clean and the service was excellent. The room was a little dated, but more than compensated by the awesome view of the city and the surrounding mountains from the window.

We enjoyed 4 days in Kyoto at this amazing hotel located at Kyoto Station. This is a seriously impressive facility with several dining and shopping options within the hotel itself. As it is connected to the main Kyoto Station there are countless additional food and shopping options, as well as the convenience of being at the main station for the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was continuously restocked with water, coffee, tea, and touletry supplies if needed. The room was fabulous and, as expected, spotlessly clean. You cannot go wrong here if you are looking to stay in central Kyoto and want easy access to just about any shopping or dining experience.
