"The front desk lady that checked me in was amazing. I walked in there alone, and as a woman that can be intimidating. The front desk clerk kept all of my personal information private, and she didn’t say my room number aloud, which is a rare thing but truly appreciated. Our room was perfect. Clean, organized and spacious. The bed was so comfortable as well! This was our first time staying at TownePlace and we will definitely be back! Our check out process was just as easy. The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly, and efficient in checking us out of our room all while minting a conversation. If I could rate the service here 10 stars, I would! **the only downside we would even mention is probably the way you can here everything through the walls and the ceiling, other than that it’s not a big deal if you are spending most of your time out of your room. "

"Looked like cute little cottages. Inside was clean… kitchen was outdated but it was clean. Easy access to my room & parking lot which helped with carrying belongings in and out of room. Closet door needs completely replaced. The screws were hanging off and looked like it had been put back on over & over. Overall good for families "

"The staff was amazing. We experienced a tiny leak in the bathroom. Maintenance checked it out and moved us to a beautiful giant suite. The previous visit, I had to attend a funeral, so wanted to check in early. They were very accommodating, friendly and very caring "
