What a disappointment - Will not be returning
We were placed in the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with a roll-in shower. We were told there no rooms available like that, so we asked for a room on the first floor. We were told there were no rooms available. The first room we were in was dirty, when I folded out the sofa bed there was a kleenex, cheerio and nuts inside of it. The tub was discolored and there was something smeared on the wall. They said they would move us to a room with a roll-in shower the next day (this never happened).
The fitting for the toilet water line in the first room was leaking. We called the front desk, they came up and checked, and then they switched our room to one on the first floor.
We brought our dog, there was a $75 pet charge. Not complaining about that - just noting it for someone else who might be bringing an animal.
These were the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in.
For $134 a night, it is not worth it. We will not be returning.
The staff did not care at all. They also did not want to be there.
TLDR: Was the place nice? No; Were the rooms small? Yes, tiny; Was the staff nice? No; Pet friendly? Yes; Was the place clean? No; Will we be returning? No
