Front desk was away when we wanted to check in. Our room had a bad smell so we had to change rooms. Beds were squeaky and the mattress had dips in new room. New parking fee. Breakfast hot items had been sitting awhile and needed to be refreshed. Staff friendly. Good price. Enjoyed pool. Covent location.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and breakfast were basic and as expected given the low rates. Would have appreciated a bigger fitness room with a spinning bike and enough floor space to stretch and move.

Check in was great on Saturday, front desk girl was great! I could only take a 5 minute shower cause the water was already cold! Never changed towels or cleaned room! On Monday went to use hot tub and it was cold, so was pool and no towels in pool area! Went to front desk and the girls working the early afternoon shift was so rude! I told her and her response was there is a sensor out and it needs repair! Asked if she could get my room cleaned while I went out and was told they have a list they work off of! No sign on pool door that facility was unusable! Breakfast was poor! No eggs, no bacon and tried to make waffles but no instructions on the device! One night there was a machine crushing or picking up recycling at midnight! No microwave, only use coffee machine once cause never got refills!

Overall it was a good stay, great check in, clean room with a soft bed, and a decent breakfast. BUT at checking they have a sign for parking, $3…what…excuse me? We are not in an area with limited parking and I have to pay to stay and park. Not impressed.
