No room service until You’ve been there for 2 weeks. I put my can with trash in it outside my door for the help that was in the next room to throw it out and put my can back in my room. I came back from work, the can was back in my room with the trash still in it. I checked out and went to Hyatt Place.

Very slim breakfast, not even a piece of fruit. The cabinet door fell off, the handle to the sink fell off, no hair dryer, stains on the carpet, and cockroaches present in the room.

Horrible experience. Our party had a wedding so we were unable to check in until after 12 am which the front desk knew during the day. We show up to check in a little after 12 am and there is no record of my booking.

Could have been better, could have been worse

Had a few issues but it wasn't enough not to stay. Discovered a lamp not working, realized it wasn't plugged in. The outlet it belonged to had no cover and it was loose, figured it best to leave it alone. My wife was unable to dry her hair due to the broken/burnt plug on the hair dryer. The carpet had a wet feel to it, not sure what that was about. When we got up in the morning there was a pool of water around the base of the toilet. The staff was very friendly! Bed was comfortable and water was hot, that's the important part I suppose.

overall the stay was fine, the room itself was okay bed was thin and kind of firm and on wheels which isn’t my favorite and the room key didn’t work a majority of the time i stayed and i went to the front desk multiple times about it. and then there was a lot of screaming happening all hours of the night in the hallway my room was in, i understand they can’t control that as much but it just made the stay uncomfortable

My husband and daughter arrived and no one was there to greet them at the front. They had to call a number to get there. The front entrance smelled like smoke and was dirty and needed an upgrade. The building smelt like fish at times when people are cooking, at times it smelt like marijuana, and other cooking foods. The room was dirty. There was crumbs under the bed cobwebs on the windows stains in the tub. Bed was clean. Person working at the front gave off creepy vibes. But the price was low so we got what we paid for.

We arrived at 12:30 am after a long drive to discover they no longer had our room reserved. We were going to settle for a different room arrangement when the computer system began to update. We were told unapologetically that we’d have to wait half an hour to get a room. Exhausted and frustrated, we went to the hotel next door.

It was dirty, smelled, no kitchen amenities, no cups, coffee, Ice. So dirty i could not shower. No soap. Domestic violence was all night and the front desk did nothing. You can get a high by just walking in.

This property needs an update and cleaning. The bathtub and sink finish was peeling. There were bugs in the kitchen. Front desk wasn’t willing to help but Expedia did right away!!

Bedbugs and double charges

This was a bad stay from start to finish. The guy who checked me in charged me $92 despite me already paying on hotels.com When I double checked and told him he said someone else with my surname had reservations and that was the mistake- his supervisor would refund in the morning The room I got wasn't the one I booked and I got bed bug bites (avoid 113 if you're staying here!) luckily there were 2 beds and the other seemed ok The lady I saw in the morning was more helpful and is looking into it with the manager, though she couldn't find another person with my surname or record of the transaction he made. Hoping it gets resolved soon, but can't recommend

Terrible hotel, please avoid

I had much higher expectations but this hotel was terrible. The staff behind the counter didn’t even realize I had walked up to the desk at first because he was too busy playing on his phone in the office. When he did finally notice me, he didn’t say one word to me through the entire check-in process. If I hadn’t told him I had a reservation, I’m sure he would have just stood there and stared at me the entire time. The hallway was dingy, outdated and wholly uninviting. The room was the same way with the added bonus of obvious damage in the kitchen area, rust on appliances, multiple stains embedded in the carpet and a lingering odor that smacked you as soon as you walked in the door. I shudder to think what I might have found in the refrigerator had I dared to open it.
