They had no way of knowing how horrible if a day i was having, and they managed to help me out and accommodated my children and i to make sure we were comfortable. I arrived at 3:15, and check in was at 3. I was told my card declined, so i had to get on the phone with my bank. They had already charged me at 10 am and when i got there they ran the card again. And a 3rd time. Still waiting on my reimbursement. Rooms were stinky like cigarettes, and falling apart. The hotel floor was broken and lifting up. The contintal breakfast was only waffles every day. We left a day early. Cant beleive this is a Wyndham hotel.
