Disappointing Stay – Checked Out Within an Hour

We had to check out and find another hotel within an hour of checking in due to the poor condition of the rooms. The accommodations were outdated, not properly cleaned, and had issues with mosquitoes and bugs. We requested a room change, but the alternative provided was equally unsatisfactory. Upon informing the front desk that we would not be staying, they were understanding and promptly assured us of a full refund, which was processed without any issues. While the staff was courteous and responsive, the overall condition of the property was disappointing.

Would book again. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Only issue was in a handicap suite and there was not enough room to get to the bathroom due to furniture in the way. Nit enough space for a wheelchair to pass through. We were able to move the dresser, however it was still difficult to pass due to lack of space.

The hotel is in need up an update, especially the bathrooms, but otherwise was clean. The only big beef I have is the unmentioned $3 a night for parking that they are not up front with. It's only in the fine print but not included in the price when book the room. If you're going to charge more for those things, then be more transparent with it instead of hiding it in the sub menus and finding a new charge when I get home.
