"Cute place with a great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated our early check-in request so we could make it to our event on time. TV remote gave us some trouble, and breakfast was a little underwhelming, but otherwise everything was great."

"We went to Pala for my sister’s birthday weekend and, overall, had a wonderful time! Check in was a breeze and our room was fine…we did find something in a drawer left from a previous guest so we wondered how well the room had been cleaned! They had a great band that performed at the main bar that you could watch for free and they were fantastic. We also had a delicious dinner at their new restaurant Elementa…all in all, it was a lovely experience!"

"The room itself was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and suggested to our guests that they stay here too. I checked in 11:30 at night on Thursday and it took 25 minutes in line before I got checked in. We learned from numerous guests that it took up to 2 hours for them to check in… not great. The best part is that on our check out day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am, we said we would be out at 10. We looked out the peep hole and realized she was standing there waiting. At 10 on the dot she knocked again. Frustrating that check in was so time consuming but they waste no time in kicking you out. "

"My wife and I had a very comfortable stay. Parking was easy and plenty for free. Location was great, easy access to freeway and plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. Will definitely stay again."
