I’ve stayed in this hotel for years and it’s really showing its age. There are broken pieces of wood everywhere, it looks like it’s kind of falling apart. Not sure why they don’t update and fix all the broken pieces. They keep it really clean, which I appreciate.

It's a beautifully landscaped property with a cottage feel. Area is very nice, safe and convenient. The property was very clean. Carpet in the hallways can be upgraded and quality of the breakfast can be bit improved. But this hotel is a great value for money.

Dissapointed

I had high hopes for this stay based on reviews. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, my room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the fridge did not work and the closet doors were broken, as well. The staff was very friendly and families seemed to be having a good time at the pool. If my room was in better shape it would have been a much nicer stay.

Upon arrival, room was ready but short on towels. Office was more than happy to provide additional towels. During our stay the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Free breakfast has very good options to satisfy a hungry traveler.

The parking was safe. We did not do housekeeping so I don’t know about laundry The first room bordering the highway was musty and loud. Felt like a dungeon. We changed after one night to the garden area. The rooms are in BAD need of cleaning or remodeling!! I could not sleep because of the musty smell and drab surroundings. We ended up fulfilling our stay agreement. But I will never stay here again unless I see that they have remodeled and got rid of the nasty carpet. The air conditioning just did not have a filtering system to get out the MOLD smell. It’s so sad the exterior is well kept and the interior is nasty.
