Cannot beat this place if you are on a budget- & it has a pool & spa & both have been available, with the spa working properly every time I've used it. Pulled back the covers on one of the beds and there was Potatoe chip crumbs, hair and a black stain on the sheets. The shower wall had some type of crack in it and the shower floor itself did not look clean. There were bugs in the bathroom as well
