The room was fine. Had to control the a/c from the unit itself. The thermostat did not work. Maintenance personnel had to demonstrate how to operate the unit. Last day no hot water for showers.

This hotel is extremely noisy. Cavernous halls that echo sound and slamming doors. Quiet time sign in elevator largely ignored Out of many items in restaurant and bar. Communications with staff is sorely lacking and seems that they are just going through the motions Would not stay here again

We were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded to a junior suite on Christmas Day. Thank you! The room was spacious and I probably won't ever go back to a room with "only" two queen beds for my family of four soon to be adults! We enjoyed that there were two hot tubs although the day we were there one of the hot tubs was only somewhat warm at best. As far as breakfast, go early as sometimes even before 9:00 they had run out of certain food items. Staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant to interact with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our bed had multiple bugs in it. Not bed bugs but I think silverfish. They were found when waking up from sleeping. I appreciated that they changed our room quickly but I am highly disappointed that a manager would not talk to me about it. The first worker requested that I send pictures of the bugs via email, which I did, and he said a manager would be in contact with me. That never happened. I went down twice and was told he was busy. So disappointed. It is not typical to wake up with multiple bugs crawling on the pillow you are laying on and no one wanted to address it. No one apologized. I never intended to leave a poor review but the idea that a manager never reached out when I left my personal cell with two workers and via email should be unacceptable.
