"My wife and I arrived around 2 pm our check in time was 4 pm we checked in at the front desk just to see if by chance our room was ready and it wasn’t but we were told it should be ready soon and the front desk would call before 4 pm we never got the cal so we went to the front desk around 4 and it was a different person there and when asked about the phone call the young lady said they must of forgot… then the young lady said oh you hav an ocean view room we said great but we didn’t ask for one.. we get to the room and saw nothing but a wall looking back at us… we weren’t asking for a room with an ocean view but if the front desk people don’t know what type of room they are giving to a guest then maybe they shouldn’t tell a customer what type of room they are getting.. then I ordered a meal of chicken nachos and I have to be honest it was one of the worst meals I have ever had.. and after 20 years in the army that’s saying something.. and lastly I don’t normally complain about gambling bit between my wife and I we lost over 1000$ and our biggest win was under 60$… now I am not saying we should win every jackpot on every spin but we both were a little perplexed about that.. and yes we have stayed at other hard rock establishments before and never had an issue before "

"The room appeared clean…. My son and I got bit up by bed bugs….initially thought it was mosquito bites until I exam entire body over 25-30 bites…It was horrible. We are now trying to recover.. Older pool attendant guy was very rule to our party due to my friend had a yeti cup with soda . He told her she would need to take back to her room. We explained that it took 20 minutes to get down due to staff shut some of the elevators down to remove some pictures off the wall. He said there is still other elevators to use so use those. My friend decided to just leave the cup in corner in by elevators til the kids finished playing verses going back to 11th floor. As soon as the worked noticed that she didn’t go upstairs he went by elevator and discarded the yeti cup. Once we got out to the chairs we noticed the workers had yeti cups so that’s no difference The check in lady was verrryyyy nice.. and waiter at 5oclock somewhere was very nice and attentive.."

"Avoid the hotel if you are looking for a clean and river frontage property as they cannot guarantee you a view room even if you booked and paid in advance. Hotel is dated, air conditioner filers thick with dust (we cleaned them) and breakfast controlled buffet with little choice and small portions. Front desk experience poor, staff who claimed lost booking, no rooms we pre available paid for available and does not guarantee poor skills. Didn’t feel like the customer but a burden. Poor skills. Expedia however very good to rectify the booking confusion when contacted. "
