The room was neat and clean. Heating unit needs upgrading....one side blows hot and cold air...its below 30 degrees outside but we were okay. The bathroom nice and clean but ventilation fan makes too much noise. Front desk helper was very warm, accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was average. The bathroom fan was dangling when we arrived and fell off the last day when a towel touched it. Luckily it didn’t hit my boyfriend. Waffles at breakfast were great, good location and right by the beach ! Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget-friendly place for a few days.

staff was fine. Room was very dirty, smoke alarm was missing and wires hanging were the alarm should have been, toilet seat was very loose. I did tell the front desk to please do the floors and fix the alarm and toilet seat, but nothing was done. Probably wouldn't recommend it.

We were not even able to stay the night. We checked in, went to our room and within two hours we left. And now we are going through a mess trying to get a refund for the room we couldn't even use due to dead bugs in the bed along with hair and sand, roaches smushed and smeared on the walls, roach feces in the drawers, old food and milk that expired in November left in the refrigerator, both lamps in the room had food splattered on them and looked like they had never been cleaned, the chair was so dirty at the desk, you could not even sit in it due to the stickiness . And when I tried to tell the man at the front desk , why we had to leave , he didn't even care , he just said, "okay". I even told him that I had pictures where I documented everything, He did not care. Didn't apologize or offer a refund. Now I understand why this hotel is always empty when you drive by it.

The floors in the hallway and in our room are so grimy. They wash the floors daily, but never rinse any of the cleaner off of the floor. I walked barefoot in our room and it felt like grease on the floor. I took a white bathroom towel and wiped the floor by pushing the towel around with my feet. It was BLACK. Took it to the front desk and they basically did nothing but shrug their shoulders. Bed was never made. The breakfast fruit looked like it was weeks old. Bread was dried out. If you want a breakfast loaded with carbs this place is for you.

Our stay for Cruisin the Coast was good. We were out and about a lot so we only spent time there in the evenings. The room and bathroom needs a good detail cleaning and some touch up paint. The check in staff was very helpful and nice!

There was hair in the tub and behind the sink. The fan in the bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling. I could feel dirt on the floor when I was in my bear feet. The room should have been clean!

The property was alright. Bed was uncomfortable for two people didnt seeml ike a queen. Room was okay but you could see slight wear. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. But staff was nice and helpful. The area around was pretty cool. And it was an okay room for the price.

The staff was so very accommodating and pleasant. Easy parking and access to our room. We didn't use the pool as we were only here for one night but it looked clean and very useable. Nice outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach area.
