"We saw a bed bug in our room. The front desk asked us to pack our things and cone down to the lobby. We had no cart or help to get everything downstairs. They put us on a new room. The room had no wash cloths and there were hairs on o e of the towels. The air in the room cant be adjusted. It was cool but humid. When you flush the toilet you can here the pipes making noises. When it was time to check out we couldn't get a hold of anyone to get a cart to get our things. Way too expensive for the condition and customer service"
