Hotel is showing it's age. While nothing was dirty, there was missing grout in the bathroom and loose tile in the shower. Bathroom sink would not drain properly. Couch was visibly sagging. Pot of coffee was 11 dollars and a 7 dollar delivery fee for it to be sent to the room. No free breakfast or wifi and 70 dollars to park. Bed was great but the pillows kinda sucked. I'm glad I a great deal on the price of the room because I would have been unhappy if I had to pay full price

Great shower, nice beds, beautiful views. Voucher breakfast was very good!! Worth it! Roof top view and restaurant were close during our stay. Pool was okay. It was small but the kids enjoyed. No hot tub :( Great location!!

I absolutely it here, I will definitely be back. I was on the 32nd floor and it was just the most beautiful scene ever especially at night. My only take away I wasnt able to sleep in due to the people who cleaned was very loud and very talkitive.

Excelente ubicación, excelentes vistas, habitación muy limpia. Es un buen punto para caminar al norte o al sur. Cerca de la línea del metro. Si se viene del aeropuerto pueden bajar cerca de Millenium Park y de ahí tomar un Uber. Hay muchas opciones para llegar, todo estuvo excelente!
