It was very hard to get help, I was spoken down to and the line to check in was an hour long just for my room to be given away! My room was $253 and I got no amenities or help "

"Room 216 was in need of some maintenance. AC unit wasn’t working properly, some kid used a blue pen to draw on the arms of the chair, and the water pressure wasn’t very good for the toilet or the shower. Otherwise staff was friendly and facility was decent"
