I stayed here recently with my wife and my baby while waiting for our flight. While the property itself was fine, the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, the person at the desk barely looked up, spoke in monotone, and seemed annoyed that I was checking in at all. There was no greeting or a simple hello or good evening. Simple questions about amenities were met with one-word answers, as if helping guests was a burden. It gave the impression they didn’t want to be there, which set a negative tone for the stay. A hotel’s first impression is its front desk, and unfortunately, this one made me and my family feel unwelcome from the start. The hotel's location is very convenient, which is right next to the airport. ---

Fire alarm went off while I was in the shower. The hotel didn't provide any information on what was going on. I later found out that it was from someone cooking waffles and there was no actual fire. Sheets had hair on them. Just was not a good stay at all!
