There are nothing provided in this hotel. The bathroom just provides shower gel & shampoo but nothing else. There is no water bottle provided & no coffee or boiler. You just expect to come to this hotel sleep & shower only but nothing else. When I go to the receptionist to ask if there is any water provided, I was surprised that they said they run out of water bottles. How can a hotel doesn’t provide free water bottles? This is just 1-2 star hotel ranking.

The staff is great. Freeway. People with diesel trucks can be a little noisy yet the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Got woken up at 7am day of checkout because of a fire alarm caused by a toaster. Very loud and everyone was upset and mad. Only had two towels while we checked in to our hotel asked for more never got them. Went swimming and went to ask for towels and they gave us one and 2 of the really small ones because they didn’t have any towels again very inconvenient.

The property is ok. Its near several food option and a quick drive to the aiport. There is some construction going on. The area needing improvement is attitude of those working the front desk. They are very short and rude to the guests checking in when we were.

I booked this hotel because I Googled “hotels with 24/7 airport shuttle service” and this was top on the list. The reason being is that we needed to transportation basically at 3 or 4 am. They didn’t have ANY shuttle service. So I had to spend almost $20 for an Uber to take me 2 miles down the road to the airport. The second is the noise. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU NEED TO SLEEP on Friday and/or Saturday night. The night club (Ostras) in the hotel plays loud music which shakes the whole room into the early morning hours. We had to check out at 2 am because there was no way we were getting ANY sleep. I was pretty aggravated to say the least. I had been walking around Chicago (downtown) from morning until evening and was completely exhausted. I couldn’t wait to get into bed and get some sleep before my very early morning flight. INSTEAD I had basically been awake for 30 hours straight until I got home to New York and crashed in my own bed.
