The only thing good about this place is the Staff. The photos make it look nice and up to date, which is NOT the case. The hotel needs a serious upgrade and the buffet breakfast quality was awful. During our stay we had 2 room locations. We are a family of 4 and were placed in the 1st room on the 1st floor next to the staff door - it was the handicap room because they were fully booked (we had booked our stay 2 months in advance). The staff door was self-closing and slammed shut often, late into the evening and very early morning. At 5am the coffee smell permeated our 1st floor room so badly, we could not go back to sleep. The bathroom had no counter space or shelves for guest toiletries, and no fan to mitigate the hot showers - especially with the hotel bathrooms only having sliding barn doors. The A/C unit was not working for circulation, only the fan mechanism which did not help, and no windows opened. After night 1, due to the door slamming and A/C, we asked for another room and were moved to the 2nd floor. Same thing, no A/C, no bathroom fan, and little counter space to put toiletries, especially for 4 people. I called the front desk about the A/C unit and she said they turn off the A/C at a certain time of year due to outside temps. I told her there was zero circulation, the room was extremely stuffy, and there is no fan in the bathroom to help with the steam. I then asked for a floor fan, which was brought up to us. Overall terrible experience, aside from the staff.

Room was excellent, only negative experience was that I was cold in bed, they just had a sheet and light blanket. I guess they forgot summer was over. I found one extra blanket in the drawer but we needed two.

The Starbucks in the lobby is a real plus. The barista is a very pleasant, standout employee. She was kind & responsive to accommodate small requests regarding my order. Really enjoyed sitting in the bright open lobby relaxing by the fountain. Front desk staff was also very helpful & attuned to making me feel welcome & comfortable. Would recommend this to other travelers.

When I arrived they had given my reserved room to someone else and then basically made it seem like I had to accept the room they had; which one bed would not work for 4 people. Only after I became upset is when a 2nd room suggested because I asked and was told they were booked up. Just a terrible check in experience after traveling all day. Breakfast was a plus and the staff in the dining area was amazing. The room could have been cleaned better and more towels and bath cloths should have been left. I had to keep asking for an extra 2 towels and clothes for 4 people.
