"Breakfast was horrible. Barely any milk, bacon was burnt, and the potatoes were still raw. Our room smelled of mildew. There was mold on the bathroom wall and water damage all on the paint all throughout the room. The one sprinkler in the room was rusted and had mold. The lock for the door was held on with 1 screw and was damaged. There was 1, only 1 towel in the bathroom (booked for 2 travelers.) The certificate for the elevator was expired. Have pictures of all of this. The woman at check in, Erica was kind though."

"My son caught a roach in our room, old stain on recliner, room wasn’t ready till the last minute and the WiFi was awful. We had an overall decent experience but I can’t say I would stay here again. Food options weren’t great considering no outside food and drink allowed. "
