It wasn’t just the big gestures, but also the small details that made a difference. I mentioned at check-in that it was my wife’s birthday, and the team completely exceeded our expectations. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, and there was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. Needless to say, they made us feel very special. The only small note is that the hotel itself is a bit older. However, it didn’t take away from the experience at all …. the ambiance, service, and overall atmosphere more than made up for it. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff and spirit of hospitality are in constant supply at Centric. Emerson's service for our birthday party made it perfect. He was patient and anticipated each guest's desires. He helped me feel like I was a great hostess! Manager looked for ways to help us feel at home. Location is convenient and rooms have great orientations towards the ocean and city - not far from beach - far enough to enjoy utterly quiet sleep hours. Nice facilities. Bar and food offerings are well prepared. Good for pleasure and working visits for me."
