Hotel it’s nice but no parking . Which it’s so inconvenient cause it’s dangerous and dirty area around . Hotel itself it’s good but Santa Monica so dirty , many homeless . Smells like pee and poop everywhere . Also workers don’t know much when you ask them simple questions. Probably will never go back cause If area around

Great property and location. Very well staffed with high quality people. Penthouse restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and cocktails and food are very nice. My overall start was excellent. Only thing I would caution people about are the extra fees. There is a $40/day “amenity fee” which was not explained at check-in. This is added to your bill regardless if you use any amenities. Also, parking is expensive. $68/day. Other than that, very nice place.

Welcome staff did not explain credit well, luckily I asked cafe if they took credit before checking out other guests didn’t and were frustrated at check out with tabs. Staff also not helpful when elevator was down. Beautiful room and great location, hopefully just an off week with staff

Just can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From the check in to check out. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous and we were lucky enough to get the Malibu view but all views are really special. The Penthouse restaurant and bar had impeccable service as well and the food was as amazing as the view, if not more so. It was really beyond our expectations. We will be back. One note, I was initially surprised by the $68 per night valet parking charge. But, was very quickly won over because they invest that fee in service. The valet station was always well staffed and after calling from the room we never had to wait a single moment for our car once downstairs and we went in and out multiple times over our stay. Truly a case where you get what you pay for. Absolutely worth it.
