The hotel room was so congested with mold and mildew, did not feel clean. Also, the front desk man ruined a surprise my boyfriend had ordered flowers to be sent over and the man just told me when I checked in. He also checked in other people first that got there after us- I’m assuming we’d have to get sent up in order of arrival.

Was disappointed to find out that there was a MANDITORY valet parking fee of $40/day. This should have been listed upfront as it definitely changes the price and I probably would have stayed somewhere else!

Bedbugs!!!! We stayed in one of the king suites. Woke up and noticed little brown specks on the comforter and sheets. My husband had FIVE bedbug bites! We arrived early to use the pool but there was no vibe, no music and the bar was closed even though it was mid Saturday afternoon. They almost refused check in because I forgot my drivers license even though my husband had his and I had other forms of ID that had both our names and matching address. Went to happy hour and dinner at the West restaurant and that was fine but we will never be back because of the overall vibe and most importantly BEDBUGS!
