Room and hotel clean. Paid extra for skyline view room, skyline view did not consist of LA skyline but opposite side behind the hotel - view of an apartment building and a parking lot. Elevator scarey, got stuck twice and elected to use stairs to climb several flights. Balcony/window does not open - sealed by hotel. Very loud freeway construction, not quiet at night for sleeping. Price does not include all taxes & fees, parking is an additional $40.

I got there late and the person in the night was taking forever actually she came smelling weed. but the rest of the staff was very nice. The west restaurant was so nice that the hosted was so nice to my daughter that promised her to reserved a table for her next to the window! So it was great. Housekeeping did the great job and the lady when we check out was so nice and easy!

The staff was amazing and that is the only reason I gave this hotel any stars. The noise is ridiculous- I grew up in Los Angeles and it was literally the noisiest hotel I have ever been in . I could not sleep. The a/c did not work well. Again- the front desk and valet were amazing

Cool building design

Unfortunately, only offers valet service, so that's an additional charge. Good 'free' buffet breakfast, but also features a $5 charge for it. The breakfast/dinner restaurant has a great view overlooking the city; though it's proximity to the highway lends to hearing all the noisy speed demons.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was very professional at all times. I’m not a fan of valet typically but it was not as inconvenient as I thought it would be. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The pool was warm and the pool area is very nice especially at night. The hotel did a good job with decorating the pool area. My favorite part of this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. They do it on their top floor with great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was probably the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had at any hotel. I stayed in room 203 and did not have any noise issues and had a nice view of the pool and patio. The hotel is easy to access but didn’t seem walkable friendly. Overall, I was very happy with my choice and would stay here again if I find myself back in the Los Angeles area.
